Ooooooooo.. Also upon closer inspection the hidden system table MSysIMEXColumns contains related data. So you would need to move the single row from MSysIMEXSpecs and all the related rows in MSysIMEXColumns. Depending on how complex the spec is it shouldn't be too difficult. -Anthony -----Original Message----- From: Colli, Anthony G Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2003 3:21 PM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Access - Import/Export Specs Glenda- Once you create and save an import/export spec it is saved in the MSysIMEXSpecs table. It's a hidden system table. You can view the current specs by running this code. SELECT MSysIMEXSpecs.* FROM MSysIMEXSpecs; Although I have not tried I bet you could find the spec one database and copy that line to the other database. Don't see why it wouldn't work. -Anthony -----Original Message----- From: Glenda Wells [mailto:gwells@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2003 11:35 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Access - Import/Export Specs How can import specifications be copied between databases? ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
