Karen,

I know it is a new install of Windows - but make sure all the fonts are =
okay
and none are corrupted.
Then try printing the files after changing [and saving] the fonts in the
documents you tried to print.

Last would be to uninstall and reinstall the printer on the network with =
a
DIFFERENT IP number [sometimes an old UDP path is remembered and it =
mucks
things up, don't ask me why I just know that that does happen =
sometimes].

My old computer crash. Everything I do is on a server and backed up. No =
lost
of data. Got new computer 2 ghz. Old was 666 hz. We installed Windows =
2000
and Office 2000. Same as we had on older computer. Now much to my =
surprise
and grief. I get errors. In Access reports that was make on old =
computer. I
would print a few reports on the HP5000 printer. Then try to print a 3rd
report same format, gave me a error -->

This document was previously formatted for the printer HP Laser Jet 5000 =
on
IP_10.11.23.100, but that printer isn't available. Do you want to use =
the
default printer HP Laser Jet 5000 on Ne00:?=20

I say ok then got -->

There was a problem retrieving printer information for the HP Laser Jet =
5000
on IP_10.11.23.100. The object may have been sent to a printer that is
unavailable.

We wipe out Office and reinstalled. Even went into the forbidden =
register.
Still get the same problem.=20

I really need it to print on that printer. Has anyone see problems with =
this
kind of thing. We have the lasted driver and servers packs.=20
