I'm not surprised at the loss. Feature requests and requirements tracking
are tricky at best.
The mswish@xxxxxxxxxxxxx mail alias is supposed to still work for
suggestions; however, the suggested method of making suggestions, feature
requests and bug reports for Office products is to use the forums at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx or to use the
newsgroups at msnews.microsoft.com with a news reader.
