I don't see a formal suggestion system there.
 
I only see a way to post problems.
  
  
Here is an example:
 
Some years ago I had a problem in FrontPage. I called support. I paid the $35.
They they confirmed it was the software and was not me.
 
A couple years after, when I became an MVP I asked why my reported problem had
not been fixed. 
 
The product team was first shocked at the error I reported. But they confirmed
it with about 2 minutes of testing.
 
I then asked what happened to that call I'd made. They indicated, in so many
words, that nothing happened. They didn't have any report of the problem in
their records.
