Here is an example: Some years ago I had a problem in FrontPage. I called support. I paid the $35. They they confirmed it was the software and was not me. A couple years after, when I became an MVP I asked why my reported problem had not been fixed. The product team was first shocked at the error I reported. But they confirmed it with about 2 minutes of testing. I then asked what happened to that call I'd made. They indicated, in so many words, that nothing happened. They didn't have any report of the problem in their records. James S.
