Ah! SO that’s how it happened! How come it took someone from Lansing to tell us
in Jackson what happened? Lol.

I've seen that book listed a lot in the top sellers for supershredder.

By the way, Bea's power outage must have put her in a squirrelish situation. A
squirrel knocked out the power.

Ewe, slammogram. I have to set one up soon to. hate those things. Although
when I saw my doc on Thursday, she didn’t mention it. maybe we can forget
about it for a while. For three years in a row, Humana bugged me about having
a colonoscopy. but this past six months or so nothing has been said. so maybe
I can forget about that too. smile. I just have higher blood pressure, so more
meds, and they are putting off labs until three more months. She’s doing that
because we told her we were starting a new diet and hopefully losing some of
this blubber. And, so we have started on the diet. Just have to work up to
the 40 minutes a day of exercising they want in the book. We’re trying the
super shredder diet from Dr. Ian smith on the doctors TV show. Sure hope it
works for us. My hips are killing me.

So, after elebrating my husband’s birthday, I had the sitinct pleasure of going
to my dr.’s appointment. He ordered a slam-o-gram, which I set up for nest
Thursday to get it out of the way, the usual blood work and my first
colonoscopy, which was set up for May 15. At least I don’t have to do that
lovely thing right away.

This morning, the power went out at our place. It looked like it was a citywide
thing It came on a little more than an hour ago.
