Fred. Good deal on the apliances. You are quite resourceful. Glad you’re
finally in the new house too. Saw your post on facebook about buying a garbage
disposal. Are you going to install it yourself? Sounds cool. Is Margaret
happy with the new place? you haven’t said much about that. How old is she
now. Good idea to get chickens too. However, in some big cities they are
outlawed, in the neighborhoods. I hope that’s not the case in St. Louis. My
husband would like us to have a place where we could have chickens too.
Anyway, gratz on the new home. Sounds great! Take care.

Subject: [msb-alumni] Closed on my new home.
Yesterday I closed on my new home in the city of St. Louis. In fact I'm there
right now. It's a two bedroom frame house with aluminum siding a nice deep yard
and a two car garage looking forward to putting up a tower, maybe two. Ham
radio here we come. Will be nice to have my own home rather than pay rent to
somebody else. Also have room for a garden and the yard is fenced so my dogs
can play outside. Thanks to all those who sent me good wishes via Facebook.
Also may try and raise some chickens for the eggs. Appliances were delivered
today. Didn't know you could buy used ones, got a really good buy on a washer
dryer set and a refrigerator less than $700 and they even come with a year
warranty. Merry Christmas to all Fred all over
