Next steps - tour:
In order to be able to progress the tour planning and fund raising we really
need to firm up on numbers – of the players and additional parent/s and
sibling/s – joining the proposed tour to South Africa in July 2018.
Please can you aim to respond to me by Feb 10th?
We do have options of dates in both July and August (as per the presentation)
- so please can you state your ideal preference?
As per the presentation the next step is the deposit payment by end March of
£250pp.

activities. Please all start looking for raffle and auction opportunities!
