Next steps - tour:
In order to be able to progress the tour planning and fund raising we
really need to firm up on numbers – of the players and additional parent/s
and sibling/s – joining the proposed tour to South Africa in July 2018.
*Please can you aim to respond to me by Feb 10th?*
We do have options of dates in both July and August (as per the
presentation) - so please can you state your ideal preference?
As per the presentation the next step is the deposit payment by end March
of £250pp.

Please view the attached draft plan and advise how you can help in any of
the activities. Please all start looking for raffle and auction
opportunities!
