[mountainmilers] 8k & 1m race

This is a reminder of a race next weekend, the 20th. It's an 8k or 1 mile.
The entry fee is $10.00 or equal value of food items. The race starts at
9:00 a.m. at the Mile High Middle School track. This event is to benefit the
Yavapai County Food Bank. No T-shirt or ribbons will be offered this year,
