"And now I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am
coming to you. Holy Father, protect them in your name that you have given
me, so that they may be one, as we are one." ~John 17:11

I can live in the world and yet live apart with God. I can go forth from my
secret times of communion with God to the work of the world. To get the
spiritual strength I need, my inner life can be lived apart from the world.
I can wear the world as a loose garment. Nothing in the world can seriously
upset me, as long as my inner life is lived with God. All successful living
can arise from this inner life.

=: P R A Y E R   F O R   T H E   D A Y  :=.

I pray that I may live my inner life with God. I pray that nothing will
invade or destroy that secret place of peace.

Laura asks prayers for a family whose 17 year old son committed suicide.
Dottie requests prayers for a baby who is having serious surgery, Thursday
at noon. Jeanne requests prayers for her granddaughter who has an anxiety
problem, that her doctor appointment goes well.

A member requests prayer for immediate employment, financial needs and
healing of health problems. Bobbi gives thanks for being a 5 year survivor
and not needing to go to the oncologist any longer. Jody asks prayers for
her dear friend who is battling lung and liver cancer, that she may be
strong knowing she is in God's good hands.

Lisa asks prayers for her sister who is having a biopsy on Thursday, that
the results be negative. Nancy asks prayers for a special intention. Pat
requests prayers that the business meeting scheduled for Thursday for a
business proposal will meet with success and the Lord will deliver our
family from the present financial crisis.

We pray for unity in our country and that we may build a Culture of Life. We
pray for the safety of our troops, their safe return and their families at
home. We pray for a deep and profound respect for life, and for the courage
and willingness to stand up for life. We pray for one another, for those who
have asked our prayers and for those who need our prayers the most. Have a
good day!

May God Bless you and those you love, and keep you safe!

Father Pat

"Be still and know that I am God." ~Psalm 46:10

Keep me in your prayers and know you're remembered in mine as well. May
God continue to draw near to you and those you love and keep you safe!

All the best and God Bless,

Father Pat
