Looking through the Lost Models Directory, it appears that models of all
types are stolen, with locos featuring frequently.
So, no matter what we model, security should be top of the agenda.
Plenty of publicity helps recover some models, which is why I mention thefts
when I hear about them.

Alan,
It must be gut wrenching to have this happen to oneself. Even if the model
is insured you can never replace it with an exact replica.
Am I right in thinking that most of these thefts seem to be of traction
engines or is that just wishful thinking on my (loco loving) part?
