There is no rush.
It will take me a few days to convert handwritten lists into something
legible!
I am sure I have copies to fill some of your gaps, and probably those of
other peoples as well.

Yes, we are still in the market for some editions of the ME to fill a few
gaps.
I need to update the list again so I will give you a new version.
