Hi All,

When soldering up tanks I normally use Comsol or such for the first joints
assembled and then Plumbers Solder for the remainder.
I have found that since the demise of a very active flux that Reeves used to
sell called "Fluxall" I achieve best results with one of the aggressive
fluxes used by plumbers.
I tried Bakers Flux (both types) but they seem to burn off too quick with a
Blowlamp. The active fluxes are meant for lazy plumbers to save them having
to clean the metal before soldering so it really cleans any oxide off
fast.Just remember to wash it off after use otherwise it has the habit of
continuing to eat through the metal.

Regards

Clif
