Hi All I used Fryolux for all the tender work on the King including the beading. It had it recommended to me by a very experienced model engineer and I'm glad he did. Despite the warnings its easy and a treat to use, especially for a newcomer such as myself. I wouldn't recommend you lick your fingers after using it....but hey! Simple precautions are fine. Hope it helps Richard H -----Original Message----- From: modeleng-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:modeleng-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of R.L. Has anyone tried using Fryolux before, and had good or bad experiences? Also, the number of warnings on the side of the pot don't bode well, is there anything particularly bad about it, or is it just like using lead solder and bakers fluid? One other thing, it says its grade K on the side of the pot - is this relevant, anyone know what it means? Yours, Rich. MODEL ENGINEERING DISCUSSION LIST.
