    I do not take EIM but feel fairly confident in saying your article has 
not appeared.

    If you go to www.colinusher.info and then click on Engineering Magazine 
Indexes/Engineering in Miniture Indexes/Engineering in Miniture File Vol 2 
Jan 2004 onwards you can down load an XL file. Edit/Find/Livingstone comes 
up empty to the Sep 2006 issue. A regular search should reveal when it is 
published.
