There used to be a chap who run a machine tool company reconditioning Engraving 
machines Taylor Hobson's, Deckel's, and Alexanders  in the Black country they 
included the cutter grinders, he had lots of spares for Deckel's and Alexander's

He used to advertise in Industrial Exchange and Mart under engraving machines, 
i will try and dig out his phone number.

I would think he would have collets for your cutter grinder.
