[MoAccess] One more question about the editors

This question can be answered of an es-editur-user.
Sorry, but I didn't worked with voice-editors before.
So I have so many questions.
With the editors, I can edit my voices etc.
buit can I also create compleetly new voices?
I mean:
Can I take elements from different sounds and combine them to a new sound?
