It's possible, but not easy. There is a section in the manual in the chapter on
the File mode that talks about how to load MIDI files.
I've never done it, and don't ever intend to do it, so couldn't give you
specific suggestions.

I want to create midifiles in Sonar.
then I want to load them from my usb-stick into my motif so I can use them in
songmode.
