Well, the first goal is to be able to do something at all. Then, you can try to do it better. Right now, I'm glad that people other than me can upload to the site. Makes it more like a community effort, rather than Bryan Smart's tribute to the Motif. I'll try to improve the upload process, but at least we can make it happen now. I worked on the site a few weeks ago. Changed some small things, but didn't see any big problem that would have been preventing posts. In general, when you upload a file, you really have to wait. The web site doesn't give you any sort of progress report about how far through the upload you are. If you have a connection with 256Kbps up, then you can send about 80MB per hour. For 512Kbps up, that doubles to about 160MB. So, consider the size of the file and the speed of your connection when you're considering how long you'll need to wait for your upload to complete. In any case, when the upload finishes, you'll know, because the page will refresh, and you'll see the item's description along with a download link for the file that you just uploaded. Little documents will upload almost instantly. Larger documents will require a wait. Sorry about this, but I couldn't find a better upload/post attachment plug in for Joomla. Just be very very patient, and even large files will eventually complete. My name is Karen Burke and I'm new to this list. I just purchased a Motif XS and was wondering where I might be able to find a reference describing the layout of the keyboard and what all the buttons and controlers do? Also where would I find drivers to download for the XS so I could use it with Sonar? I have so many CD's that came with it I don't know which one has the drivers, and I don't have anybody here to helpf me find the drivers. If someone can help me out, that would be Great!! Karen
