Dear Martín,

This removal of vector normalization concerns the 'City' option. Did you use 
that option for your computation?

These corrections result from the discussion with Hendrik Schreiber 
mid-september in the MIRtoolbox discussion list.

At that time, I sent a patch to the list, and promised to "release a new 
version of the toolbox quite soon, end of this week or next week, containing 
all those recent bug fixes." Well.. it took longer than planned. I hope no one 
used that 'City' option since.
