Hello John, A new version of MIRtoolbox, 1.3.2, has just been released right now. In that version, the bug you mention is prevented. The following has been added in p. 11 of the documentation: Because displaying MIRtoolbox objects in the Matlab Variable Editor produces a very annoying bug (with infinite number of window pop-ups...), we have decided to “hijack” somewhat the default Matlab Variable Editor behavior for untypical objects (such as ours). If this modification of the default Matlab Variable Editor causes any problem to your Matlab environment, you can annul MIRtoolbox’ hijacking by simply removing the version of the file arrayviewfunc.m that is located in the MIRtoolbox folder.
