Hello Mike, restart after a crash (whether machine or MIRA) is something on the plan for after release 3. In the mean time: if you have something bigger than a bacterium or very small and simple (without too many repeats) eukaryote, I'd recommend to restart from anew. You can indeed use the temporary CAF as input, but if too many repeat markers are present, MIRA will take quite a long time to resolve them. But simply give it a try.
