Th shell script is actually never called by MIRA, it's just meant as an
example. As such, it just puts in the name of the executable "miraconvert"
there and not the full path.

This is somewhat vexing … I think I'll compile a quick debug version for both
of you which dumps out a bit more info so that we can track what went wrong.
