Dear Bastian,

Thank you for the miraSearchESTSNPs tip. For trying it I downloaded the
2.9.43 version.

However, another problem appeared: Using identical input files and
settings in the new version than in the 2.9.39 version, I get "floating
point exception" when I try to do standard assemblies. Any idea what I
do wrong? (to me this sounds rather like a bug...)
