This may sounds a very primitive question. How do I use Gap4 or 5 to open the
assembly results from MIRA?
I see there is an option for generating gap4 results. This is off by default.
I have downloaded gap5 which also has gap4. But gap5 can only open files of
*.aux, *g5d, *.g5x.
