Thank you very much John and Bastien for giving me reply.
a) what version of MIRA
Mira version 3.2.1.13 precompiled package.
b) which operating system (output of "uname -a")
Linux sandbox2. I am not the root user and i do not have permission.
For installation i just downloaded the precompiled binary for linux
(mira_3.2.1.13_dev_linux-gnu_i686_32_static.tar.bz2) , unpacked into my home
directory:
/home/comp/twlab/stamma/mira3.2.1.13/
Then i did
1. cd ~
2. echo 'PATH=$PATH:/home/comp/twlab/stamma/mira3.2.1.13/bin' >>.profile
3. source .profile

That's a new one for me ... never seen this.
Could you please tella) what version of MIRAb) which operating system (output
of "uname -a")c) the directory you are starting the project in, is it something
special (SAMBA share or similar)?
