All,

As mentioned previously, Jeff and I are working with Wayne's Minima
hardware.

I noticed that Wayne has implemented a very clever idea for *CW Key* and *PTT
Switch* circuits. See his hardware photo on Jeff's or my Blog.

Wayne has wired a single jack to a two position switch labelled "CW" and
"PTT", in doing so he uses the Key as usual for CW, or in the other switch
position for a PTT switch. The two wires from each side of the switch
connect to the Minima Controller as per the original schematic.

This of course is 100% compatible with Farhan's original Minima
configuration and software.

For anyone wanting to do something similar, I would suggest a DPDT Switch,
and a Tip, Ring and Ground Jack (stereo jack). If these are installed, the
hardware will be ready for the CW Paddle Keyer that Jeff has been writing
and testing for the Minimal Software.

The implementation may require changing to an I2C LCD to free up a few
pins, for the Keyer (and maybe someday an Rotatory Encoder). Or, maybe we
can use a resistor ladder on one pin for the Keyer. Details will follow -
see Jeff's blog at: http://ko7m.blogspot.com/search/label/Minima

Thanks Wayne, for such a simple, but elegant idea.
