We request you share the following advertisement for an internship with
Sacred Earth Trust on your mailing list:
Sacred Earth Trust (https://sacredearthtrust.in/aboutus/) is a nonprofit
charitable organization working to protect key species and habitats while
working towards reviving and upholding the values of eco-spirituality and
interconnectedness with nature.
We believe there is a spiritual dimension to our present ecological crisis,
therefore, the work we do is rooted in the principles of spiritual ecology
which acknowledges the spiritual facet of all issues related to
conservation, environmentalism, and earth stewardship. We aim to bring
eco-spirituality to the forefront through the work we do and by creating a
community of individuals who are aware of their connection with nature.
This connection is essential to encourage people to come together and take
action to save our planet. Our focus areas include Sacred grove
conservation, Habitat Restoration, and Outreach.
We are looking for a social media and fundraising intern. The candidate
must be from a communications/media background with excellent writing and
basic design skills. The engagement duration will be 1 month, which may be
extended based on performance. It will be a remote working position. The
candidate will be expected to devote 3-4 hours a day. This will be an
unpaid position.
Interested candidates are requested to share their CVs with a cover letter
at rubina@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The candidates are also required to share a
writing sample along with their application. The last date to apply is the
20th of September, 2023.
