[macvoiceover] Re: safari busy

I remember reading an iLounge article not long after SL came out, and it, too, 
complained of vastly different performances  on different machines, with no 
obvious reason to account for the variations. These weren't machines running 
Voiceover, either. At the time, there seemed to be some feeling that Apple had 
rushed the release of the OS.
