[macvoiceover] Re: refreshing tweets in twitterific for iPhone

I did try a 3 finger swipe down and didn't get anything, but that
gesture doesn't always work for me, so I might have started in the
wrong place or done it wrong, or maybe when I did it, there was nothing
to refresh. In any case, no "refresh" was announced, so I don't know if
that was because there was nothing to add or because my gesture was not
interpreted right or if that gesture doesn't do it.
