[macvoiceover] refreshing tweets in twitterific for iPhone

Hi all,
I've been usihng the older version of twitterific on my 4S, but today
marked the end of that app because the old api is history. So I have
upgraded to version 5, and I can't find a way to make content refresh.
The old program had a "refresh" button near the bottom of the screen.
This new one doesn't seem to have such a button, and content does not
seem to refresh automatically if you just leave the app open. I had to
close and come back in, and then content refreshed. Surely, there is a
better way?
