Hi Keith and all,

Okay, I've decided to re-download Lion, burn an installation DVD, and then
do a clean install. I know I'll need to re-install all my applications, but
that's okay. I need to know how to get the installation to start from the
DVD though. Is this step accessible using VO? How do I go about it? I
read on a post that I must re-start my Mac while holding the option key, and
then choose to boot from the DVD, but, is this screen accessible?

Thanks for any and all tips,

Russell

Hi Russell,

It seems I had a problem like this the last time I re installed Lion. It
just so happened that my wife was in the office and got me passed that
problem.

Try starting the process over and if that does not work, give Apple a call.
