I will be interested to hear how this one shakes out. At work here, we
have a seika display. Just for a lark, I connected it to the Mac Book
Pro that belongs to my employer (and I want it) and the display works
fine. This is with Leopard.

Hi,

There are two questions you should answer before contacting Apple:

1. If the display has firmware, is it running the current version?

2. Can you see the display using System Profiler?

And while you're in System Profiler, save the results as a file so you
can send it to Apple. It will help them diagnose the problem.
