I will be interested to hear how this one shakes out. At work here, we have a seika display. Just for a lark, I connected it to the Mac Book Pro that belongs to my employer (and I want it) and the display works fine. This is with Leopard. -----Original Message----- From: macvoiceover-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:macvoiceover-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marshall Scott Sent: Sunday, August 30, 2009 5:24 PM To: macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: my seika braille display won't work! Hi, There are two questions you should answer before contacting Apple: 1. If the display has firmware, is it running the current version? 2. Can you see the display using System Profiler? And while you're in System Profiler, save the results as a file so you can send it to Apple. It will help them diagnose the problem.
