Once your iphone is activated ehem, this may take a while but
probably not now that most of the backslogg is probably gone, you
will be asked some setup questions by ITunes. when that is finished
and the software is updated, there will be an universal access payne
in the device for your iphone. you choose vo from there or you can
have someone who can see turn it on from the phone. this is in the
user guide.
