It’s not just you. This has been a problem I’ve noticed since at least iOS
12.1, possibly 12.0. I thought it might be just me, but I’ve seen some other
reports of it as well.

Hi folks,
Well I recently got an iPhone Se. Ok its not new but at least it is not as
old as my 5S.
First of all let me say that I have tried this with several articles on the
web and most of the time I have the following problem.
I have the reader selected and the latest updates.
Voiceover will start reading and for seemingly no reason the web address will
be spoken. The only way I can find to stop this is to get far enough down
the page and then it reads fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
