[macvoiceover] Re: how to place apps on doc

Pretty simple, open the app, then it will be on the dock. Go to that app on the 
dock, do a VO shift m  to open the context menu, there will be an option to 
keep in doc. I'm doing this from memory, that keep in doc option might be in a 
submenu, perhaps labeled options.
