If you were using shared folders, or downloading to your Windows virtual machine via a Mac program, then the problem might be with the Mac. However, it sounds like this is some issue with a bad Windows setting or some other issue with Windows itself. You'll need to ask someone on a Windows e-mail list, try Googling, or call Microsoft for tech support. We can't help you here.
