[macvoiceover] Re: changin all voice rates at once

Press vo-command with right and left arrows to navigate through pitch, volume, 
rate, intonation and voice.  Up and down arrow to change the setting of the one 
you select.

If you change the voice, the new one you select will become the default voice.
