[macvoiceover] changin all voice rates at once

Hello is there a way to change the voice rate and or volume of the voice that's
the default with out going through the voices dialogue and changing each one? I
trying the default but it changes only the main voice and everything else is
either faster or slower, louder of softer then the default. Can someone shed
some light on this?
