Hi Donna,
While a call is coming in, you have two options so you need to hit the
one you want before double tapping. I don't know exactly where they
are on the screen but using headphones, they are not hard to locate.
tap the answer button double tap the screen and the call is answered.

I just double tap while the phone is ringing but there is an answer
and ignore button. the trick is to be able to hear vo so you have to
either use headphones or make sure vo is turned up loud enough.
