Under 'Activities' in the VO Utility, VO + f8, you can select a different voice for each Application. And/or, you can select a different voice for different activities within one Application. This is something you should explore, perhaps by going first into the Speech option and then Voices where you can select a different voice for things such as Content, Status, Type etc. This will become self-explanatory with some experimentation.
