[macvoiceover] Video and Audio Conversion on the mac

Hello all
I use some programs of DVDVideoSoft to convert audio, but mainly the video
to MP3 converter and youtube to Mp3 converter. (They are still free at the
moment by the way.) Maybe you know these programs. I'd like to know if there
is something similar for mac users. It would be important that I could
convert any videos directly to MP3 without having to do some steps like
converting it first to avi or such.
