I haven't started using Terminal, but my favorite features are the internet improvements when navigating with VO and Spotlight inn conjunction with .mac.

My most favored improvement is the automatic speaking under terminal. I use terminal a lot, and having it speak automatically now is a *big* help. I can't thank apple enough for this improvement. It still has some issues, but access is worlds better than it was under tiger.
I'm sure others will find this improvement a great help as well.

What will be the first application you guys will try first after installing Leopard? What is your most priced VO improvement? Will the lists be open tonight to post findings and improvements since no one will have questions?
