What do you mean when you say your Utility menu?

There is nothing new in either the Utility categories table in the VoiceOver
utility, or the Utilities folder in Applications.

Can't imagine what else you could mean.

I definitely have some changes in vo.
My entire utility menu has been changed adding new things which weren't there
before. Facebook works much better with vo now, and safari is much faster in
responding with vo.
I haven't noticed any changes in blackboard, which is good because I was really
worried about that. I haven't done much in it yet, but I'm hoping that it's no
less accessable, if anything more. I do notice now though that when I delete
something it seems to be off in position and it's deleting the wrong character.
Maybe my vo settings were reset or something, I'm checking that now.
Other than that though, so far so good.
