That is a problem, we need the synchronisation. The problem I observe may be
due to Brave Browser but may also indicate an issue with VO.
What do you observe as sluggish behaviour in vO ?

I also called Apple Accessibility last week about the problems I’m having
with Sonoma. I am also having an issue where the cursor will sometimes
move unexpectedly. While attempting to use the mail app, for example,
focus will leave the mail app, and jump to finder without me having typed
anything.
Needless to say, I was unable to send a picture to Apple, because the
problem is intermittent.
I wonder if it could also be a hardware issue, because my touchpad is
supposed to be inactive; but sometimes, if I swipe it by accident, it
reacts as if it were turned on.
