[macvoiceover] Safari Busies

Hi folks,
More than a few are seeing busies with Safari. I wanted to make sure that
Accessibility@xxxxxxxxxx knew about it, so, I wrote to them. You mite want to
as well.

Many of us who are using Safari with Voiceover are seeing more than a few
busies on many websites, Facebook mobile to name one.
Many of us depend on Safari to get our work done on a daily bases.
How can we help you to get this fixed.
