Hi V,
It sounds like there is a mouse in the house, often, when I have focus
jumping, it has to do with me touching a trackpad or something or I find
that if I wait a bit before beginning my interaction, things settle down.
I don't use the item chooser to look at folders but that is an interesting
idea.
