Hi Judy,
Webkit works just like Safari once you install it. I believe the url is webkit.com, but you might want to double check that. The installation process is completely accessible, and when your'e using Webkit, it will feel like you're using Safari, which you sort of are, but I think it's actually better, somehow. I'm not sure why, but once I installed Webkit, I had no further problems with any websites that are otherwise accessible. Good luck. Don'e hesitate to ask any questions. If I inadvertently gave you the wrong url, try googling it.
Hope this helps.

I've seen a lot of discussion about Webkit. Does it replace Safari?
Would appreciate a little more info about how webkit works.
Thanks,
Judy

Have you tried using webkit? Once you have installed it, you should find that it is quite possible to download files from your library. Make sure that you are using the webkit safari, not plain safari. I actually downloaded two files at different times, today, and have had no problems. Good luck.
Hope this helps,

For some time my Audible/Safari problem seemed solved, but now once again, VO reloads itself when I try to access audible.com. I use the work around of turning VO off and then loading audible, but I'm having a lot of problems wit the library. I've repeatedly attempted to download from my library; after attempting multiple downloads, I now am trying to download a single file, but the number of bytes downloaded gets stuck and never changes, even though when I try to quit Safari I get the message that a download is in progress.

I don't know if this is a Safari problem, a problem with my DSL, or what. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Judy
