Actually, you could play a sound or a song or other sound message after login: not at the login screen if you are having to log in but after login occurs. I guess the main use of this would be to tell you your system is up if vow doesn't come on. You would just add the item you want played under System Preferences > System Accounts choosing the login items tab.
