Hello Tom,
I don't know. However, because it's being written Cocoa, then that should make more things accessible. Especially if what Apple says about accessibility. If Cocoa is followed correctly, by default, that should make more applications more accessible for VoiceOver users. But, I guess we'll see how it does when it's available for purchase.

Hello and welcome to the Mac and the list.
Sure hope you enjoy using the Mac. I've been using them for over 3 and
a half years and i don't have any regrets. My first Mac was a Mac mini
but it was a PPC machine running Tiger. I still have it and we've
purchased a few other Macs for the family as well.
In fact, I am now looking forward to the new operating system being
called SnowLeopard. Whenever it comes out.
